Refunds
Because audits and SEO work are digital services, completed work is generally non-refundable. If work has not started, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the request.
Cancellations
Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancelled monthly work does not remove completed reports or completed recommendations.
